    Winemaker's Notes:

Fruit for this wine was sourced predominantly from the Great Southern (40%), with 20% coming from each of the Pemberton, Blackwood and Geographe regions in the south west of Western Australia. Vines are predominantly vertically trained, irrigated to maintain healthy canopies, growing on predominantly well drained loam soils.

Lifted grassy and gooseberry notes with pronounced citrus blossom, lemon rind overtones. Fragrant, clean and inviting. A supple juicy mid palate, delicious racy lemon and grapefruit flavors with a minerally counterpoint. Lovely balance, harmonious and round but finishing with crisp clean finish and lovely long flavors. Drink now to enjoy its freshness.

    Critical Acclaim:

Clean, vibrant citrus flavors bring out the sauvignon element of this blend, ripe peach notes layering orange and lime. Semillon adds fullness, along with stony leesiness. Together they form a lithe and refined white, an exciting wine made more so by it's price.

Aromas of fresh cut grass, with a touch of citrus are offered on the bouquet; clean, varietal fruit with real persistence to the very fresh, clean finish.

    User Reviews:

    The Rosen (9/28/2010)
I used to be a Semillon fan. More recently Sauvignon Blancs. I thought this would catch the best of both my interests, but it was not the miracle blend I had hoped for.
