    Winemaker's Notes:

A refined wine, well appreciated in the whole world. A beautiful golden color and a great aromatic palette: honey, linden flower ("tilleul"), hazelnut butter, sometimes even chamomile or hawthorn. On the palate, a silky roundness. Long on the aftertaste, with flavors of yellow plum and gingerbread.

Meursault can be served alone as an aperitif with smoked salmon. At dinner, Meursault is recommended with delicate fish dishes, lobster, foie gras or even poultry, as well as fresh goat cheese.

    Critical Acclaim:

Clean, fresh and lemony, with support from pastry and oak spice flavors. This is lively and balanced, leading to a long, vibrant finish. Needs six months to a year to integrate. Best from 2012 through 2018. 1,300 cases imported.
