    Winemaker's Notes:

This bright ruby Pinot Noir exudes lifted notes of raspberry, strawberry and red cherry that are complimented by subtle savory notes. It is medium-bodied with a round, soft, full palate, supple tannins and well-balanced acidity. Cherry and raspberry flavors dominate and are supported by hints of redcurrant. Rich savory notes create a long lingering finish.

This an ideal wine with succulent red meat dishes, mushroom and tomato pasta or fresh pan-fried fish.

    Critical Acclaim:

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, Saint Clair’s 2009 Pinot Noir has intense cranberry, raspberry and dried herb aromas with a whiff of moss covered logs. Medium to full bodied with a medium level of finely grained tannins, good concentration of juicy berry fruit and refreshing acid, the finish is long and cherry-laced. Drinking now it should keep to 2014.
