A real bargain in the portfolio is the 2009 Cotes du Rhone blanc, which is Clairette, Bourboulenc, and lots of Viognier. This is a lively, wonderfully aromatic wine with notes of tropical fruit as well as oodles of apricot and peach. Crisp and fresh, with good texture and purity, it can by enjoyed over the next year.
