    Winemaker's Notes:

Heralded as the greatest Rose in the world, Garrus' limited quantity (6 barrels per vintage) makes it a highly select wine. Noted for its creaminess and lush minerally finish, this wine is uncommonly elegant and has achieved cult status among the wealthy elite of the French Riviera.

The grape varieties are 80 year old Grenache and Rolle. 100% from free-run juice.

    Critical Acclaim:

Subtle and complex aromas of apples, mangoes and pink grapefruit turn into honey and minerals. Full and intense with layers of flavors and character. The age brings it tension and depth, but this wine still keeps its gorgeous character. Grenache, Rolle, Tibouren, Cinsault, and Syrah.

    James Suckling

The wood-aged Garrus seems a contradiction in terms when described as a Provence Rose. But taste it and it makes complete sense with its rich fruits, only the slightest hint of toast and sweet crushed strawberry flavors. It is rounded, smooth, impressive.

Displays interesting aromas of Asian spice and mulled cherry, with flavors to match, as well as ripe tropical fruit components. This is decadent and rich on the finish. Distinctively rich and robust. Drink now. 250 cases made.
