    Winemaker's Notes:

This wine bears a strong resemblance to our wonderful Pommard Clone releases of recent vintages. This wine shows the lovely red fruit and firm structure that typify this clone. Wonderful aromatics and ripe red plum and pomegranate flavors on the palate are followed by a long and structured finish.

    Critical Acclaim:

Medium-deep ruby color; deep, spicy, red cherry, herbs and spicy aromas; rich, ripe, deep, juicy cherry fruit with layers of spice and herbal notes; sweet oak notes; silky texture; great structure and balance; long finish. Beautifully forward and complex, this Pinot just never seems to run out of flavor or nuance.

Polished, with a velvety feel to the pretty plum, currant and spice flavors, remaining lifted and appealing through the expressive finish. Drink now through 2014.
