    Winemaker's Notes:

Delicate bouquet of peach and apricot, on the palate appears brilliant minerality combined with rich fruit and a long finish. This Riesling wines offers an immediate pleasure of drinking and has an ageing potential of at least 10 years.

    Critical Acclaim:

Nearly as good as the Herrenberg Alte Reben bottling, this dry Riesling features a lacy swirl of apple, vanilla and citrus embedded in a base of what can only be said to resemble rainwater collected in a stony hollow. The flavors linger on the finish while remaining light and fresh.

    Wine Enthusiast

Ripe and creamy, showing peach, apple and slate flavors that are balanced by a zesty acidity. The minerally finish offers good length. Drink now through 2015. 3,000 cases made.
