    Winemaker's Notes:

The wine showcases depth, rich flavors of dark fruit, a silky long mouth feel opens the wines to an array of flavors. The finish is long and surging.

Cruz Andina is a Malbec that represents the unique character of high-altitude, old-vines from Mendoza. The wine expresses Malbec's exceptional concentration with a soft, supple texture. Ca bernet Sauvignon is blended for complexity, structure and mouthfeel. The old-vine fruit combi ned with, Alvaro Espinoza's minimalist approach to winemaking and sensibility for ele gant wines were the perfect fit for the style of Malbec Agustin desired to produce.

    Critical Acclaim:

A full-force Malbec with classy black fruit, rubber, cassis and balsamic aromas. The palate sports a nice mouthfeel, fine balance and tasty flavors of herbs, blackberry, roasted plum and chocolate. Elegant but strong, with layering and a lot of qualities for a $20 wine.
