    Winemaker's Notes:

The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, crisp, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It exudes beautiful white peach and floral aromas with a clean finish.

This is an incredibly versatile food wine and a favorite with oysters.

    Critical Acclaim:

Kudos to Ste. Michelle for accurately labeling this wine, and also for the Riesling sweetness scale on the back of all their Rieslings. Firm Yakima Valley fruit is the backbone here, tart and spicy, with bright flavors of pear and apple. A juicy, palate-cleansing style. Best Buy

As reisling's go, this was as good as any and the price makes it an incredible bargin. Nice summer wine that goes great with casual, light meals.
