    Winemaker's Notes:

Pale golden color with oily, filling, yellow fruit. The palate is bone dry but the luscious roundness makes it appear much more mouth-watering and full. There is a lingering presence of lychee fruit, slate, Earl Gray tea, soft vanilla, sage, and balanced acid. Very powerful and beautiful at the same time.

    Critical Acclaim:

Recommended, but no tasting note given.

Chehalem invests considerable effort into its white wine program. While these wines are not the focus of this report, they merit mentioning because every one of them is a very good to outstanding value.

This is a nice Pinot Gris. I like it. It is very luscious as described in the winemaker's notes. It's an easy drinking wine! LOL

Good stuff! Light and very well balanced. Surprisgly creamy/buttery for a Pinot Gris!

A bit of a citrus flavor with hints of grass and hay. I like this one. Considering a purchase although the price point is a little higher than I like to buy. :)
