This wine shows the beautiful, distinctive floral notes of Wädenswil grown at Shea. It has a big, earthy, brambly character with overlays of blackberry on the palate. Wonderful spice notes of pepper and clove complete this assertive wine.
Polished, vibrant and spicy, with layers of clove, tea leaf and orange peel surrounding the taut cherry and raspberry flavors, lingering easily against refined tannins on a medium-weight frame.
Vivid red. Sexy, floral-accented aromas of black raspberry, spicecake and cola, with a hint of blood orange adding vivacity. Sappy, incisive dark berry and bitter cherry flavors show excellent depth and pick up sassafras and allspice nuances with air. Finishes spicy and long, with assertive dark berry and floral qualities.
