    Region: Argentina, South America

    Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon

    Style: Big & Bold

    Item no. 121821

    Winemaker's Notes:

Beautiful deep red color with perfumed aromas of ripe black cherries, strawberries and roasted cocoa beans. This wine is full-bodied and incredibly lush for a young Cabernet. It explodes on the palate with red and black fruits, then shows baking spices on its way to a mouthwatering finish.

Pairs with a wide range of foods including beef, sausages, spiced or grilled pork, veal, rabbit, medium-strong cheeses, and meat-based pasta sauces.

    Critical Acclaim:

Moderately saturated red-ruby. Musky aromas of redcurrant, plum, tobacco, mocha, herbs and menthol. Silky and suave on entry, then smooth in the middle, with moderate concentration and richness to the flavors of currant, dark chocolate, menthol, licorice and peppery herbs. Savory more than sweet and nicely aromatic on the lingering finish, which shows a good balance of fresh acidity and ripe, mounting tannins. Essentially a gentle style of cabernet and accessible already.
