    Winemaker's Notes:

Bright garnet with ruby tint. Aromas of cherry, cranberry, raspberry, spice. Flavors of pomegranate, blueberry and tobacco leaf, with a silky mouthfeel, lively mid-palate and round finish.

    Critical Acclaim:

Medium ruby color; deep, spicy raspberry and cherry aromas; rich, ripe cherry and earthy flavors with some spice notes; silky texture; good structure and balance; long finish. Bright, rich Pinot with great flavor—perfect all-purpose wine.

A good one to hold for a few years - light as Pinot goes but a nice subtle finish with a touch of cranberry. A good value.

I like this Pinot as well as any other Oregon vintages I've tried. It's light and easy on the palate, goes with lots of lighter foods, and is especially nice to serve with appetizers or sip by itself. I'm usually partial to cabs, but this red has become one of my favorites for entertaining. Guests seem to like it a lot. Too bad this vintage isn't available any more. Ya gotta pay more for the next one.

Very light style. Not my preferred style but very drinkable a great value. Best for a summer's afternoon BBQ.
