    Winemaker's Notes:

The 2011 vintage displays aromas of blueberry jam, strawberry tart, boysenberries and a hint of teriyaki, with barrel notes of vanilla and cinnamon. The blend is 88% Cabernet, 11% Merlot and a splash of Zinfandel for a little berry spice. The wine drinks of rich black cherries, red raspberries and juicy ripe plums with a touch of dried herbs. Medium in weight, the wine shows smooth tannins, flavorful fruit tones and a rich berry extract that lingers on the palate.

This versatile Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with juicy grilled meats, including prime rib, grilled burgers or pork tenderloin. Try it with roasted game hens or smoked Gouda or aged Parmesan cheese. It's also perfect to enjoy a glass before dinner or with friends.

Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 3% Zinfandel, 1% Cabernet Franc

Really smooth and delicious red wine. Surprisingly enough, this is the first red wine that I've truly enjoyed.

Very nice wine that needed to breath before consumiung. Afterwards very nice notes of berry, smoke and complexity for its price. Would buy again.

Not a bad Cab from Napa for the price. Taste of blueberries, vanilla and a slight tart taste that reminds me of early harvest strawberries. Tannins are present and not that strong. Perhaps aging would help? Everyone enjoyed it on Football Sunday and there were no complaints.

Not good. Thin body with muted flavors. Acidic with the taste of alcohol. Will not buy again.
