You pay for four Vinum Bordeaux/Cabernet/Merlot glasses and we'll ship those plus four Riedel 'O' Viognier/Chardonnay tumblers!

Riedel Vinum was the first machine-made series of glasses in history based exclusively on the characteristics of grape varietals. These glasses have proved that the pleasures of consuming wine start with the glass. Perfect for young, full-bodied, complex red wines that are high in tannin. This glass smoothes out the rough edges, emphasizing the fruit, allowing wines to achieve a balance that would normally take years of ageing to acquire. The generous size of this glass allows the bouquet to develop fully. The shape directs the flow of wine onto the zone of the tongue which perceives sweetness, thus accentuating the fruit and de-emphasizing the bitter qualities of the tannin.

The Riedel 'O' series has something missing; there is no stem or base. The Riedel 'O' has an innovative take on the wine tumbler, the designs of which are based on the benchmark shapes of the Riedel Vinum. These are the ideal glasses for every day use and for every occasion; they are fun and feel good to hold.

Vinum glasses recommended for: Bordeaux (red), Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rioja, Tempranillo. Each glass stands 8 7/8" high and holds 21 1/2 oz. Made from 24% lead crystal. Set of four.

Riedel 'O' tumblers recommended for: Medium to full bodied white wines such as Viognier, white Burgundy and Old World Chardonnay. Each tumblers stands 3 7/8" high and holds 11 1/4. Lead-free machine blown. Set of 4.
