    Winemaker's Notes:

Rotari Brut is a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The fragrance is intense and fruity. The flavor is dry, full, fragrant, well balanced and harmonious.

    Critical Acclaim:

With its well-recognized yellow label, Rotari's Brut Talento (based on Chardonnay grapes) offers value and quality with toasty aromas of roasted almond, freshly baked bread and yellow fruit. The wine is creamy and smooth with a touch of citrus freshness on the close.

I love bubbly, therefore I can be hyper-critical of the stuff (hate certain pricey orange-label ones). But because I love it so, I'm always looking for a value. This sparkling from Italy is WONDERFUL. It's done in the traditional manner (secondary bottle fermentation, resting on lees) therefore the yeasty qualities come through as well as beautiful bubbles and wonderful crisp flavors. I've served this, people asking which Champagne House (always the best question to answer when serving bubbly).

this is my house sparkling wine. Never disappoints. Traditional methode Champenoise style. A little hint of yeast but bright crisp not of apple. A great value for what is in the bottle.

Best wine I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. It's crispy and smooth, without the arrogant bite. Wonderful paired with seafood. Had it at a restaurant on resort grounds in Wisconsin, so glad to find it on here.
