The 2002 Atlantic County Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from our vineyard on October 4, 2002. It as fermented to dryness over 14 days with Prise de Mousse yeast in a stainless steel fermenter and then racked to new air-dried American oak casks where it aged for one year. To ad to the complexity of the wine, the final assemblage was 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Chambourcin and 4% Petit Verdot , all from Atlantic County.
