The vineyard yielded 3 tons to the acre and the grapes were whole cluster pressed after they were hand-harvested. 100% of the wine was barrel fermented using native yeasts and half was allowed to undergo malolactic. All the wine was aged in French oak barrels (30% of which were new) for 1 year before being bottled unfiltered.
655 cases were produced from the 150 acre Bellisimo Vineyard (75 acres of which are planted) in the Knights Valley of northern Sonoma County.
