A delightful dry, spicy rose, perfect with sauted calamari. This is the wine of summer! Made from Grenache grapes, and Syrah and Cinsault juice. Destemmed, pressed and vatted, as with red wine. The grapes are then "bled": the juice remains in contact with the grape skins - from 24 to 36 hours - to capture the character of the terrior and the perfumes, then the wine is racked and fermented at low temperature (19C) to preserve the aromas.
