    Winemaker's Notes:

In France, the local bistro is where folks go to relax, socialize, drink wine and dine in a casual, friendly setting.

This Pinot Noir has all the right qualities of a good bistro wine: it is simple, delicious, fun to drink, and pairs well with lots of different foods and flavors.

Soft and round on the palate, this wine is chock full of ripe, wild berry flavors and aromas that culminate in a long, supple finish.

B&G bistro wine is one of the best wines I have had...its pleasant to taste and is really smooth. It would go well with a range of mild flavored cuisine such as the french...but might not be the best one for meat.

This is the wine you find in a bistro in Paris. Reasonable, full full burgandy. Pleasant and light to sip with friend at a Paris sidewalk cafe. At this price buy a case.

After enjoying my first bottle, I have just reordered a case. It is delicious, smooth and fruity.
