    Winemaker's Notes:

Segura Viudas Brut Reserva, created from a blend of reserve and non-vintage wines, is clean and delicate, yet rich in flavor.

Brut Reserva is a cuvée of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes grown in the renowned Penedès region of Spain. The wine is vinified according to méthode champenoise technique and is aged in the bottle for up to 2 years.

This fine cuvée is fairly crisp with an interesting floral note and mouth-pleasing sensation of creaminess.

    Critical Acclaim:

The gentle sparkle of this wine carries scents of honeyed apple and red-apple skin. It's fragrant and clean, and lasts on fruit, a rich style with balance. For crab cakes.

This review is based on my satisfaction with wine.com and not the quality of the product. Like another user commented, photo misleading. Thisp product is for the smaller 2 glass bottle and while it does after second observation say 187ml, most people shopping for wine/champagne want a full-size bottle, including myself. And so, that is why I didn't notice that, I was assuming by picture and logic, that was what I was getting. Product itself tastes wonderful. I will not shop from wine.com again, and don't even get me started about the whole shipipng nightmare.

The picture is misleading. I ordered this champagne for the office thinking it was full sized bottles. Since it was my first time ordering and I am not expert on brands, I thought I was ordering full sized bottles. While it does indicate 187ml this number was meaningless to me as I do not know the typical size of a standard bottle. I felt misled. I wanted to return the product, but would have been charged about $30 in shipping fees.

This wine (if that's what you want to call it) is disgusting. I took one sip and felt sick to my stomach. It smelled and tasted like feet.
