    I've been selling this wine at my work for almost 3 years. It doesn't get ordered a lot but then again I never pushed it because I had never tried it until last week. My first taste was good, but nothing special, HOWEVER, once the wine got a chance to "open up" it was excellent. I got all the classic Napa Valley cabernet flavors including dark plum and blackberry. I was intrigued the most by the subtle black olive flavors which added complexity to the finish. A great value at $25-30.

    I can attest to the fact that these Cabernets will age well. I recently had the pleasure of opening a number of 1978, 1979, 1980, 1982, and 1983 vintages. They were all wonderful, especially the 1979 (perhaps the best Cabernet I have ever tasted) which had a full nose of tobacco and was heavenly with capuccino flavored chocolates. I look forward to tasting this 2005 vintage in another 20 - 30 years should I be fortunate enough to live that long.
