Bright black cherry notes and spicy fruit is balanced with silky texture and medium to full body.

Open-knit and forward, with tasty dark cherry, cola, bramble and spice notes that all linger nicely on the fleshy finish. Tasty. Drink now.

We all enjoyed several bottles and it's on the list to keep in stock for our visitors who like medium bodied reds.

I was very disappointed in this wine given the WS rating of 88 it received. I shared a bottle with my mother, and neither of us liked it, and we both normally enjoy Pinot Noir. In fact, I ended up pouring it down the drain. We argued over whether it had possibly turned, and both agreed that no, that’s probably was just what it tasted like, because it wasn’t exactly vinegary, it just wasn’t good. And given that I did not like the Veramonte Cab Sav either (though it was not as bad), I think it’s definitely the wine. I will never reorder.
