

1 1/2 oz Botanist Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Alvear Montilla Fino Sherry
1/2 oz simple syrup
2-5 strawberries (halved)
5-7 mint leaves
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint and strawberry
1 oz Campari Apertivo
1 oz Aviation Gin
1 oz Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
Pour ingredients directly into a rock glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.


3 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
Stir all ingredients with ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
1 1/2 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/4 oz Benedictine D.O.M. Liqueur
1/4 oz grenadine
1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 oz soda water
Add all the ingredients except soda water to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a pint glass. Top with soda and garnish with a cherry or pineapple wedge.


2 oz Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve
1 oz Hendrick's Gin
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Combine gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
1 1/2 oz Ada Lovelace Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz lavender simple syrup
4-6 oz club soda
Add gin, juice from one lemon, and lavender syrup to a mixing pint glass. Shake with an iced tin. Strain over ice and garnish with lavender sprig, lemon slice and rose petal.
