Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
2 oz Bumbu The Original Rum
1 lime, quartered
2 tsp sugar
2 mint sprigs
Muddle mint with sugar in a collins glass. Add lime quarters and muddle. Add rum and ice. Stir and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint leaf and lime wedge.
