

2 oz Rhum Clement Select Barrel
1/2 oz Benedictine D.O.M. Liqueur
1/2 oz Contratto Vermouth Bianco
Stir all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a tumbler with one large ice sphere
2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Gold Rum
1 oz Blood orange juice
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with an orange peel.


2 oz Bacardi 8 Year Reserva Ocho Rum
4 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
1 1/4 oz lime juice
2 dashes bitters
2 1/2 oz Piccini Prosecco
Add all ingredients except the prosecco to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
2 oz Bumbu The Original Rum
1 lime, quartered
2 tsp sugar
2 mint sprigs
Soda water
Muddle mint with sugar in a collins glass. Add lime quarters and muddle. Add rum and ice. Stir and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint leaf and lime wedge.
