This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon offers generous citrus, melon and herbal aromas and flavors. Fermentation and aging in French and American oak for five months enriches the wine's flavors and textures.
The 2010 Fume Blanc impresses for its focus and balance. Smoke, minerals and white stone fruits linger on the long, refined finish.
