    Winemaker Notes

A dry, classic Loire red. Cherry red with purple highlights. On the nose, aromas violet, raspberry, wild strawberry, and peony. This wine is elegant with finesse, a silky mid-palate and excellent length.

Enjoy with beef, cheese and, of course, poultry.
