Pinot Grigio has long been Italy's workhorse white wine. In coastal California, grown along the cool Monterey coast where grape yields are naturally limited, the wine achieves purity and distinctiveness. Brisk acidity and moderate alcohol levels allow lemondrop, Asian pear and honeydew melon flavors to star alongside the "wet stone" minerality from ancient rocks in the vineyard.
This light-bodied wine is the perfect accompaniment to gnocchi in brown butter with fried sage or a Caprese salad.

The blend of 79% Pinot Grigio with 21% Chardonnay really addresses its mouthfeel and flavor profile. Crisp white grapefruit, lychee, and peach tones are lifted due to 100% stainless steel fermentation, and white pepper dots the finish.
