Winemaker Notes

The 2010 Allan Scott Sauvignon Blanc has an array of tropical flavours on the nose, with grapefruit and a slight herbaceousness tempered by a nice minerality. The tropical notes, particularly passionfruit follow through to the palate, a hint of nettles showing through, with slight gooseberry characters. All finished off with a good mid palate structure, nicely balanced acidity and excellent length.

Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed on many occasion: either on its own as an aperitif, or accompanied by seafood and salad dishes. Serve lightly chilled.

Passion fruit and gooseberry accents are ripe and succulent, with a mouthwatering note to the fresh herb, mango, citrus and green apple flavors. Drink now. 25,000 cases imported.
