Bright, light straw-yellow colour with a green
tinge. Quite perfumed, rich aroma with mineral notes; impressions of ripe subtropical fruits. Well balanced flavor, medium-bodied, with good persistency on the palate. Nice citrus touches and an attractive crisp, fresh fruit aftertaste.

Apple pie and lemon curd aromas follow through to a thick, full-bodied palate of lemon and cooked apple, with bright, fresh acidity. Minerally and very stylish. Complex. This is the first vintage of this biodynamically produced white. Drink now. 2,250 cases made.
