Winemaker Notes

Aromas of meyer lemon, mandarin, linden flower, orange blossom. Flavor of stone fruit, crisp apples, Asian pear, cardamom. The finish has dry, long, minerality.

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS: roast chicken, mussels, cheeses, grilled squash.
