This Pinot Noir begins with aromas of cherry, strawberry and vanilla. It is supple and complex, with dark fruit flavors and a round mouthfeel alongside smooth tannins. The finish is nice and long, with lingering flavors of dark raspeberry and blackberry.

Sweet red berries, flowers and spices meld together nicely in this medium-bodied, finessed Pinot. The 2009 will appeal most to readers who appreciate a lithe, mineral-driven style of Pinot.
