Light straw-green color. In light of BVs French heritage, our Sauvignon Blanc shows Graves-like aromas of herbs, lemon, flinty earthiness and coconut-vanilla from the oak. Good acidity lends finesse to the fine mineral-citrus flavors. Bright yet intense, this is a wine that should improve in the bottle for 4-5 years.
