Winemaker Notes

Extremely bright, straw-yellow color. In the aroma, the citrus fruit and apple stand out against a background of aromatic herbs such as lavender, thyme and even fennel. There are also aromas derived from its cask fermentation, such as coconut and vanilla. In the mouth, intensity and persistence, while at the same time it remains fresh and lively.

Critical Acclaim

ST 90
International Wine Cellar

Light gold. Sexy aromas of orange peel, melon, smoky minerals and anise. Creamy in texture, with deep orchard fruit and melon flavors and a lashing of dusty minerals. Smoothly melds roundness, ripeness and energy, with excellent finishing lift and cut.
