The agronomist's attention, the correct distance between the plants, the uniqueness of the microclimate and the components of the earth have produced a wine with exceptional analytical values. It has a deep color, and it has been aged in new barriques for 18 months. Using the experience of Tenuta Nuova, the Sant'Antimo Rosso DOC Pietradonice has been created by planting Cabernet Sauvignon in this "terroir" to see how vines other than Sangiovese perform in the Montalcino area.
