    Winemaker Notes

Campuget "1753" is deep purple, with very good fragrant, forward notes of blackcurrant and spice. The wine has a soft and silky attack. Elegant and herbal, with fine tannins and a crisp, fine finish.

Some time ago someone found a document on Chateau de Campuget from the year 1753 in which the vineyards of Campuget were mentioned. This 100% Syrah pays homage to this age-old wine tradition of winemaking at Campuget.
