Winemaker Notes

This vintage with delight many a palate. This is a wine of great aromatic freshness with fine, delicate aromas. A distinctive sensation of fullness on the palate, with great complexity, lots of power and richness, harmoniously combined thanks to the concentrated, mellow tannins.

Critical Acclaim

WS 93
Wine Spectator

Beautiful currant, berry and licorice aromas follow through to a full body, with tar and berry character, fine tannins and a long finish. I was expecting a little more from this, but it's still outstanding. Best after 2013. –JS
