Winemaker Notes

Velvety, supple, mouthwatering Merlot from Chile at a great price. Deep purple in color, with a bouquet of red plums, black peppers, cassis, with hints of spices. This Merlot has velvety, firm, ripe tannins imparting smoothness and balance. Subtle hints of vanilla and ripe fruit.

Aged 14 months in one, two, and three years old French oak barrels, then aged for a further six to 8 months after bottling.

Enjoy with red and white meats, pasta, cheese.
