On the nose the wine displays white fruit aromas, almond and hazelnut. The fruit flavors suggest pears and apples, with some orange blossoms as well.

Accompanies charcuterie, sausage, veal stew, seafood, fish sauce, and Tarte Tatin.

The domain covers a surface area of 45 hectares, 17 hectares are devoted to AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Picpoul de Pinet. It is located in the small commune of Castelnau de Guers, which is 2 km far from the famous village of Pézenas. This higher, northerly part of the AC Picpoul de Pinet winegrowing area is in the process of becoming a "cru village", AOC Picpoul Castelnau de Guers.

The Cabrol are a wine-growing family, from father to son, dating back over four generations and make wine in their own cellar.
