This Alsace Pinot Gris develops hints of fresh and juicy stone fruits. It also tastes a bit milky and after roasted nuts. The wine is large and rich but tastes dry. The very elegant acidity refreshes this extraordinary wine.
Try it with white meat, pan-fried mushrooms with cream, gratins, or strong hard cheeses like Comte or Beaufort.

Dry and well-spiced, with tangy acidity and a thread of smoky mineral framing the flavors of kumquat, almond paste, and dried apricot. The lip-smacking finish echoes a petrol-tinged mineral note. Drink now through 2026.
Continuing the Rieflé family's three-century-old tradition of winemaking in Alsace, René and André Rieflé formed Domaine Joseph Rieflé et Fils in 1966.
The estate is located in Pfaffenheim where Francois Rieflé made the family's first wines in the early 18th century. This region's calcium-rich soil and dry microclimate give the Rieflé wines great power and tremendous length. The winery is managed today by two of Joseph's grandsons, Jean-Claude and Christophe. In keeping with tradition, they are passionate about their work, and take great pride in the premium quality wines they produce.
