This is an elegant Rose with a pale peach color with shimmers of gold. The expressive nose associates apricot and cherry aromas with floral notes of blackwood and broom. There is a subtle balance between a
lively and firm attack with notes of citrus fruits and a sweet roundness with notes of fresh fruits and mimosa. The firm and intense finish lasts over aromas of wild spices.
Light orange. Redcurrant, rhubarb and blood orange on the nose and palate. Supple and expansive, offering juicy red berry and candied citrus flavors along with hints of tarragon and honeysuckle. Clings with impressive tenacity, leaving floral and citrus pith notes behind.
This is a delicate, beautifully-poised wine, so crisp and lively. The ocean-influenced vineyard site helps to keep the wine light. This is what summer rosé is about.
Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Alsatian engineer Marcel Ott. Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer, producing some of the world’s most prestigious wines. These wines are made at three distinctively different estates: Château Romassan (Bandol), Clos Mireille and Château de Selle (both Côtes de Provence).
