Deep, bright ruby red in color, this Moulin-à-Vent offers a marvelously complex bouquet of wild berries, such as blueberry and blackberry, black currant, chocolate, candied cherry and spices. Fullbodied and velvety, it expresses great finesse as well as power. The expansive finish reveals tannins that are mature and soft.
Food pairings: Boeuf bourguignon, roast capon, wild boar, Stilton or other distinctive cheese.

For over 40 years Georges Duboeuf has been the Beaujolais region's most renowned négociant and is today regarded in the wine world as the "King of Beaujolais." In 1964, Georges realized his dream and founded his own company: Les Vins Georges Duboeuf.
