Winemaker Notes
The style of this vintage's release is slightly more forward than the 2007 and will therefore drink well from a year after release for at least eight to ten years.

Connoisseurs' Guide
Deep, well-ripened and long on both concentrated cherry-like fruit and very sweet oak, this flamboyant Pinot is a wonderfully rich expression of what DuMOL does best. For all of its opulence it is not in the least heavy or overdone, and it shows impeccable balance for the very big working that it is. It is a wine of serious intent, and it will reward aging for those that manage to resist its considerable charms, and it comes with the recommendation of three to five years of patience.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2008 Pinot Noir Finn’s medium ruby color is followed by sweet berry fruit, damp earth, cola, herb and rhubarb aromas. Slightly lean with an impressively restrained yet structured style, it is not as extroverted as the Aidan, but is richer and more impressive than the Ryan. It should drink well for 5-7 years.
