Drawing on more than 160 years of local wine knowledge, traditional winemaking methods and minimal processing are used to preserve the purity, integrity, texture and flavor of the wines. The grapes for the Earthworks Collection of wines come from our loyal growers throughout the Barossa. Soils, site and viticultural practices vary considerably, but the one common factor in these vineyards is the unmistakable generosity that shines through in the wine.
