Winemaker Notes
Great color in the glass, bright cherry red with a ruby hue. Aromatics of crushed berries, savory/ meaty tones, cloves and violets. Palate is medium bodied, elegant, sweet red cherries, crushed berries and plum. Tannins are firm and chewy but soften out as the wine opens. Acidity is lively and carries flavors of clove spice, red fruits and herb. Complex.
