Winemaker Notes

The Reserve Russian River Pinot Noir medium-bodied and fruit-forward, with flavors of dark cherry and blue and black fruit. A classically styled, well-balanced Pinot Noir.

The successful as well as fairly priced 2009 Pinot Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir from Russian River vineyards owned by Gallo. It offers copious aromas of strawberries, rhubarb, cherries, root vegetables and spice. Medium-bodied with good purity, balance and length, it will provide plenty of pleasure over the next 4-5 years.
