Bright pink. Raspberry and blood orange on the nose, with notes of white pepper and fresh bay adding complexity. Spicy red fruit flavors show a refreshingly bitter quality and pick up sweetness with air. Finishes firm and with good, tangy cut, echoing the blood orange note.
