Winemaker Notes

The wildest of the Iron Horse Sparklings and surprisingly dry. Bold and vibrant in both color and taste, it is pure exuberance. The color and richness come from cold soaking the Pinot Noir on the skins.

Critical Acclaim

Unusually deep in color for a rose. Shows a similar richness in the flavors, which are strong in raspberries, strawberries, limes and vanilla. The blend is 81% Pinot Noir, with the balance Chardonnay. Basically dry, this complex, elegant young sparkling wine could develop in the bottle.
