The Jaine Evergreen Vineyard Chardonnay is bright and pale yellow in color. It has an aromatic bouquet of fresh cut hay, stone fruit and fresh lime peel that leads to a palate that is beautifully balanced, with a fine and focused acidity that is reminiscent of the wines of Chablis. Powerful, yet elegant, this wine finishes with chalk, dusty stone and yellow flowers.

A textured and flavorful chardonnay with notes of toasted hazelnuts, baked apples, brown butter, nutmeg and some orange fruit. Full-bodied and ripe, while maintaining tension.

Fruit for this wine comes from one of the best white-wine vineyards in the state. The aromas are interesting for the variety, with notes of kiwi, papaya, caliche and canned pineapple, largely focusing on the tropical. A mouthful of full-bodied fruit follows.
