Winemaker Notes

Intense straw yellow with a delicate shade of rose; the bouquet is ample, fruity and intense, with excellent persistence. On the palate, full body, mellow and especially well balanced. Expected cellar life: 2-3 years.

Pair with fish soup, grilled fish, champignon and porcini mushrooms. Heavenly with small, cuttlefish lasagna in shrimp sauce.

Critical Acclaim

Tropical fruit aromas lead to a full body, with plenty of fruit and an orange peel and pie tart aftertaste. Delicious. Drink now. 14,500 cases made.
